Your company workspace

Each company has one workspace in Resilic, so your team works in the same place instead of ending up in separate, half-empty organisations. A company is identified by its email domain — the part after the @ in a work address (for example acme.com) — not by its name, because names aren’t unique.

  • You’re the first from your company. When you register with a work email on a company domain and create your organisation, that domain is linked to it. You become the Owner.
  • A colleague is already here. If someone from your domain has already set up the workspace, you can’t create a second one for the same company. Instead you’ll see “{Company} is already on Resilic” and your access is requested — an Owner or Admin reviews it and grants you access. You can sign in once they approve.
  • Personal / free email addresses (Gmail, GMX, web.de, Outlook, and similar) don’t identify a company, so registering with one always creates a standalone workspace — never a shared one.

The company name you enter during registration is shown to the administrator alongside your request, so they can recognise you.

Pending requests appear under Members → Requests to join, next to invitations. For each one you can:

  • Approve — the person becomes an active Member. You can change their role afterwards under Roles, or restrict them to product groups.
  • Reject — the request is declined and grants no access.

Approvals are recorded in the audit log like any other membership change.
