Plans & trial

Every new organisation starts a 30-day Professional trial — full access to the tier that shows what Resilic does: AI-assisted drafting, the supplier portal, evidence exports. The sidebar shows your plan and the days remaining.

  • Starter — a few products; SBOM ingestion, vulnerability monitoring, the Article 14 workflow, deterministic drafting.
  • Professional — the working tier: more products, supplier qualification seats, AI-assisted drafting and triage on the platform’s metered allowance.
  • Enterprise — unlimited products and seats, dual-compliance at scale, assisted onboarding, invoice-based billing.

The trial runs on the Professional tier, so its limits apply (15 products, 10 supplier seats, AI-assisted drafting included). As the end approaches the sidebar counts down; choose a plan under Upgrade in the sidebar to continue without interruption.

Plan limits apply to new items only — nothing you have already created is ever removed or locked by a plan change:

  • Products — Starter registers up to 3 products, Professional up to 15, Enterprise unlimited. Registering beyond the limit is declined with an upgrade notice.
  • Supplier seats — supplier qualification files: none on Starter, 10 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
  • AI assistance — Starter uses deterministic drafting only (every feature still works; drafts are template-based instead of AI-written). Professional and Enterprise include platform-funded AI within a monthly credit allowance shown in the sidebar meter.
  • Bring your own key — connecting your own Claude API key is an Enterprise capability. A key that is already configured keeps working; only adding one requires Enterprise.

While you’re on the trial, the plans screen shows a recap built from your own data — products monitored, CVEs correlated, actively-exploited matches found, evidence artifacts created. Demo data is never counted. In the final week of the trial the dashboard shows the same recap as a reminder of what continues working after you choose a plan.

Starter and Professional are self-serve through Stripe’s hosted checkout — card details never touch Resilic. Pick monthly or annual billing at checkout; annual is offered at a discount (about two months free versus paying monthly). Prices are shown excluding VAT. Enterprise is sold by invoice (NET-30) — contact the Resilic team.

VAT for EU businesses. Resilic sells business-to-business. If your company is in an EU member state other than Germany, checkout requires your EU VAT ID and confirms it against the European Commission’s VIES register so the reverse-charge mechanism applies (you account for VAT locally; none is added to the invoice). German companies are invoiced with German VAT; the VAT ID is optional. If VIES is temporarily unavailable — individual national registries do go down — retry after a few minutes.

After payment, Stripe confirms the subscription to Resilic and your plan switches from Trial to Active within moments — no restart or re-login needed.

Enterprise is requested in-app (the Enterprise card under Upgrade): tell us briefly about your fleet and we come back to you — billing is by invoice (NET-30), activated by the Resilic team.

Managing a subscription. Once a plan is active, Manage billing on the plans screen opens Stripe’s self-service portal: invoices, payment method, and cancellation live there.

Your workspace switches to read-only for changes: everything remains visible and every report and export keeps working — your data is never held hostage — but creating or editing items is paused until a plan is chosen. The same applies if a subscription is canceled. If a renewal payment fails, nothing is paused immediately: Stripe retries the payment first, and access continues during that period.
